  • If a writer has already started working on your order, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the level of completion.

1.2 Missed Deadlines:

  • If we fail to deliver your order within the agreed deadline without prior notice or agreement, you are eligible for a full refund.

1.3 Quality Issues:

  • If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon standards and cannot be resolved through revisions, you may request a refund.

1.4 Plagiarism:

  • If the work is found to contain plagiarism exceeding acceptable academic thresholds, you are entitled to a full refund. Proof of plagiarism must be submitted for verification.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

4.2 The percentage of the refund will depend on the progress of the assignment and any agreed-upon adjustments.
